Custom Patterned Adhesive Vinyl or Heat Transfer Vinyl GANG SHEET

 Use our GANG SHEET BUILDER to customize your own vinyl! 

Be creative and design your own adhesive vinyl or heat transfer vinyl for use with your Cricut, Silhouette or other vinyl cutter. Add as many patterns onto the builder as you like. From creating custom birthday vinyl, family Christmas vinyl or just some cool patterns, let your imagination run wild! 

* Please make a note at checkout for your adhesive vinyl: TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT, GLOSS OR MATTE, WHITE OR TRANSPARENT

* Please upload your files onto the gang sheet builder and follow the steps to checkout. 

* If choosing "clear" vinyl, please note that white will not print and your image will be transparent. 

Proofs are not sent before printing as this delays the processing time. Please ensure you upload the correct file. 

Turn Around Time: 1-2 days

 Please choose from the drop down menu's: 

* Vinyl type (permanent or temporary or HTV)

* Vinyl finish (matte or glossy (HTV is matte))

* Vinyl colour (white or clear (HTV is printed on white)) 

Notes: 

* Please use your discretion when selecting your image to be printed on "clear vinyl". This is ideal if you are using glitter underneath and for a different look to your items. 

* We use an amazing commercial printer with eco-solvent inks

* Our vinyl is the highest quality - we use Oracle 651 and 631 equivalents. And Siser HTV. All HTV prints will come with a Siser High Tack mask. 

* If you are using your vinyl outdoors, it is recommended to use a laminate over it to increase longevity. (We do offer lamination - please contact us for pricing)

HTV Press Instructions: 

- Cut design (don't mirror) and weed away excess material. 

- Mask with your provided TTD High Tack Mask. 

- Pre-heat your item that you will be pressing for 2-3 seconds 

- Apply your design at 120 degrees Celsius or 250 degrees Fahrenheit

- Apply medium pressure for 5-10 seconds

- Peel carrier sheet while hot 

- Repress for 3-5 seconds while covering with a Teflon sheet
